Accessibility Statement

Byline's accessibility commitment, standards, feedback channel, and remediation process.

Last updated: May 11, 2026

1. Commitment

Byline wants its website and application to be usable by people with disabilities. We aim to design, build, and maintain the product in line with broadly accepted accessibility practices for web software.

2. Standards

Our goal is substantial conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA where practical for a modern web application. Some areas may depend on third-party components, platform embeds, browser behavior, or features that are still changing.

3. Practices

  • Use semantic HTML and accessible interactive components where practical.
  • Maintain visible focus states and keyboard access for core workflows.
  • Use color, text, icons, and labels together for important states where practical.
  • Review contrast, responsive layouts, and text overflow during product QA.
  • Prioritize fixes that block login, billing, account settings, content review, publishing, or support.

4. Feedback and support

If you experience an accessibility barrier, email support@byline.work with the page, feature, assistive technology used, browser, device, and a short description of the issue. We review accessibility feedback and prioritize fixes based on severity and user impact.

These pages are maintained for transparency and platform review. For legal, billing, privacy, or security questions, contact support@byline.work.
